Navajo Housing Authority (NHA) Procurement Construction Department ADVERTISEMENT - REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Advertised PCD RFP# 007 - Design Build Construction Services of Modular Homes for Scattered Sites The Navajo Housing Authority (NHA) is seeking proposals from qualified Licensed Design Build Firms to perform production and delivery of design documents and construction services of Modular Homes for the NHA. Pre-proposal virtual conference to be held on September 22, 2026. Detailed information may be obtained from the NHA Procurement Construction Department, Pamela Tsosie, Procurement Construction Specialist via email to: ptsosie@hooghan.org and requesting for Advertised PCD RFP# 007 - Design Build Construction Services of Modular Homes for Scattered Sites. All Proposals must be received electronically only until 4:45pm MDST by October 8, 2026, via email to ptsosie@hooghan.org. This invitation is NOT restricted; however, preference shall be given to Navajo or Indian Organization and Navajo or Indian Owned Economic Enterprises in accordance with 24 CFR 1000.48, 1000.50 and 1000.52.
