The District of Port Edward is inviting qualified developers, development teams, builders, investors, nonprofit housing organizations, and public-private partnership proponents to submit proposals for the planning, financing, development, and construction of a residential development on District-owned lands in Port Edward, British Columbia. The opportunity is a Request for Proposal. Submissions may be made through the BC Bid electronic submission system by pre-authorized electronic bidders or by email to CAO@portedward.ca.
