Description

The London Borough of Camden is seeking market input before procuring a joint venture development partner for the redevelopment of the Wendling Estate and St Stephen’s Close. The proposed project would deliver approximately 650–750 sustainable, high-quality homes across mixed tenures, replace the existing hostel and health centre, and improve the surrounding neighborhood for current and future residents.
