Description
The City of Paterson is soliciting bids for the reconstruction and resurfacing of Railroad Avenue and a portion of Governor Street. Bidders must comply with New Jersey public contracting, affirmative action, prevailing wage, contractor business registration, and public works contractor registration requirements. A bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cashier’s check is required in the amount of 10% of the bid, capped at $20,000, along with consent of surety from a bonding company. Specifications and other bid information are available from the Division of Purchasing for a nonrefundable $50 fee.
