The New York, Susquehanna and Western Railway Corp. is soliciting bids for full-time construction inspection and engineering services during the rehabilitation of Bridge 21.69 in Paterson and Hawthorne, New Jersey. Construction is expected to run from September 2026 through May 2027. The project is being funded by the New Jersey Department of Transportation. Bids must comply with the contract documents and any issued addenda, and the contractor must comply with New Jersey's Law Against Discrimination during performance.
