Description
The City of Woodburn is soliciting bids for the 2026 Biosolids Removal project. The selected contractor must remove approximately 2 million gallons of FSL sludge containing approximately 3% solids, haul the material off-site as liquid sludge, and dispose of it. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms and accompanied by a bid bond equal to 10% of the total bid. Addenda must be signed and submitted with the bid proposal. Plans and specifications are available from the City's Engineering Division beginning September 18, 2026.
