Description
The League of Oregon Cities, serving as lead contracting agency for NPPGov and other participating agencies, is soliciting proposals for a broad catalog of promotional products, branded apparel, and visual communications. Categories include branded merchandise; decorated apparel and headwear; banners, temporary signage, and portable displays; wide-format, environmental, and vehicle graphics; trade show and exhibit solutions; awards and recognition items; printed collateral and direct mail; community outreach and safety materials; and online stores, program management, and fulfillment services. Proposers may respond to selected categories and may offer related products and services, including installation, design, distribution, fulfillment, and subcontracted offerings. The resulting Master Price Agreement is intended for nationwide and Canadian use by participating government, nonprofit, educational, tribal, and public-safety entities. Vendors are expected to provide catalog-wide or category-based discounts, describe pricing and freight terms, support ordering and reporting, and demonstrate distribution, customer service, marketing, and fulfillment capabilities. The agreement is anticipated to run for four years, with a possible one-year extension; estimated annual transaction volume is approximately $7 million but is not guaranteed. Proposals must include the requested pricing, profile workbook, catalog pricing, qualifications and experience, references, required certifications, signed addenda if applicable, and other specified response materials.
