Description
The City of Keizer is soliciting sealed bids for construction at Keizer Rapids Park, including a new storage building, paved parking lot, and site lighting. The engineer's estimate is $1,000,000, and the project is funded in part through a grant from the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department. This City public works project is subject to Oregon prevailing-wage requirements. Bidders must submit the City-furnished bid forms, a resident-bidder statement, a statement agreeing to comply with ORS 279C.840, and a first-tier subcontractor disclosure form. Each bid must include 10% bid security. The successful contractor must provide 100% performance and payment bonds using the forms in the Project Manual. Award will be based on the lowest bid from a responsive and responsible bidder, and bidders must be registered with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board or, for landscape contracts, licensed by the State Landscape Contractors Board.
