Description
The City of Salem is soliciting bids for the removal and disposal of the existing 50-ton rooftop HVAC system and the complete installation of a new replacement system at Center 50+. Bids must be submitted electronically through Equity Hub's Bid Locker using the furnished bid forms. A mandatory pre-bid conference is required, and each bid must include bid security equal to 10 percent of the bid amount. If applicable, the contractor or subcontractor must hold the required Oregon HVAC-related license. Work exceeding $50,000 is subject to Oregon prevailing-wage requirements.
