Description
Lehi City seeks a comprehensive assessment of its recreation facilities, including operational and financial assessments of the Legacy Center and Outdoor Pool and an operations and maintenance pro forma for the potential Curtis Center. The work includes reviewing staffing, hours, programs, facility use, fees, revenues, expenses, and operating subsidies, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and financial performance while maintaining service quality and community access. The consultant will also evaluate potential renovations to the Legacy Center, replacement options for the Outdoor Pool, and additions or improvements to the Curtis Center. Required work includes estimating capital and operating impacts, assessing participation and community-service effects, developing financial scenarios and assumptions, and providing conceptual designs, cost estimates, prioritization, written reports, an executive summary, and a financial summary. An in-person presentation to the City Council may also be requested.
