Description
The Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation is soliciting qualified environmental consulting firms to provide on-call services supporting planning and real estate development, facilities and maintenance, redevelopment, construction, and tenant-related activities. The scope includes permitting and agency coordination; voluntary cleanup and site-management compliance; soil, groundwater, surface-water, air, asbestos, lead, and other environmental sampling; laboratory coordination; remediation recommendations and programs; tank, hazardous-material, hazardous-waste, and spill management; emergency response; environmental reporting; and preparation of designs, specifications, work plans, construction documents, and project scopes. Services may also include procurement assistance, contract administration, construction oversight, and project management.
