Description
The City seeks qualifications from firms for as-needed work in up to four of ten disciplines: environmental planning; historic preservation and cultural resources; community engagement; long-range planning; housing consulting; housing element programs and updates; Community Development Block Grant administration; planning staff augmentation; architectural services; and cannabis monitoring and compliance. Work may include environmental reviews and technical studies, planning and housing analyses, public outreach, municipal planning support, construction-ready accessory dwelling unit plans, and inspections and compliance monitoring. The City may select up to five firms per discipline. Selected firms will enter into master agreements, with project work assigned through negotiated task orders as needs and budgets arise. Consultants must submit a fee schedule, and task-order rates may not exceed the negotiated master-agreement fee schedule. The RFQ requests qualifications, relevant project experience and references, personnel and staffing information, and quality-assurance procedures. The agreement has a three-year base term with two optional one-year renewals.
