Description
Public Works and Government Services Canada, through its Environmental Services and Contaminated Sites Management group, is seeking qualified Inuit consulting firms to establish standing offers for environmental engineering and related consulting services on an "if and when requested" basis. The work will support federally controlled sites, including contaminated sites in remote communities within the Nunavut Settlement Area. Required services include environmental impact assessments, permitting and related studies; environmental management of federal facilities; contaminated-sites consulting; and remediation planning, site supervision, and cost estimating. The standing offer is limited to Inuit firms on the Indigenous Firms Registry and has a three-year period with three optional years. Selection will be based on the highest combined rating of technical merit and price.
