Description
Cordova Recreation and Park District seeks qualified firms or consultant teams for two service categories: Part A, an initial GIS build-out with a maximum budget of $45,000; and Part B, as-needed, task-order GIS support. Proposers may submit for either part or both. The initial build-out may include a needs assessment, implementation roadmap, governance and data standards, ArcGIS Online configuration, priority data organization and cleanup, pilot maps or dashboards, staff training, and documentation. On-call services may include GIS data updates, web maps and application enhancements, troubleshooting, GIS analysis, mapping, training, and future integrations with business systems. Proposals must identify the service category or categories proposed and include firm qualifications, project approach, scope and schedule, project team, at least three relevant project examples with references, training and knowledge-transfer approach, separate cost information for Parts A and B, and any requested exceptions. A completed Vendor Application Form is required. The selected consultant will be required to provide insurance and enter into a professional services agreement.
