Description
Fort Pierce Utilities Authority is soliciting qualification statements from professional firms to establish a pool of qualified providers for continuing architectural, professional engineering, and related consulting services. Potential assignments may include facility programming and space planning; conceptual, schematic, and design development; construction documents; permitting and code compliance; cost estimating; interior design; accessibility and sustainability services; building-system coordination; civil/site design; surveying; construction-phase support; project representation; project management; closeout; historic preservation; security and access-control design; public engagement materials; and disaster mitigation or restoration services. The resulting master continuing professional services agreements may support utility, infrastructure, facility, rehabilitation, replacement, emergency, and related projects, including a potential Manatee Center interior expansion and reconfiguration. FPUA intends to select one or more firms, with no guaranteed project assignments or minimum work volume. Responses must address qualifications, representative projects, key personnel, team organization, workload, technical approach, responsiveness, and emergency response, using the specified forms and submission tabs. Pricing is not requested during this qualification phase.
