Description
The City of New Haven's City Plan Department is seeking a consultant team to conduct a citywide, comprehensive zoning reform initiative. The selected team will help develop feasible zoning regulations aligned with the city's comprehensive plan, create an enabling environment for equitable housing and economic development, and recommend policies to reduce and prevent displacement risk. The solicitation requests qualifications from firms with relevant planning, urban design, and policy consulting capabilities. New Haven's zoning regulations were last comprehensively updated in 1963.
