Description
NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia is seeking competitive proposals for the overhaul, upgrade, repair, testing, inspection, and return-to-service of three PANEL, CONTROL, ELECT units for the KC-130J system. The required item is part number 440400-000, NSN 1680-01-576-6449. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, parts, tooling, testing, inspection, and repair procedures necessary to restore the units to a Ready for Issue condition. Work must be performed at the contractor facility identified in the Statement of Work, with applicable drawings, manuals, technical publications, MIL-STD-130 marking, and MIL-STD-2073 packaging requirements. The contractor is responsible for quality, configuration management, purchased-material control, receiving inspection, repair and test documentation, and applicable ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 or equivalent quality systems. The contractor must identify the repair source and actual work location; the Statement of Work identifies L-3 Communications at 1355 Blue Grass Lakes Parkway, Alpharetta, Georgia 30004-7700, CAGE 63516, as the repair source. The procurement uses competitive procedures, is not set aside for small business, and requires electronic submission by the stated deadline.
