Description
Fulton County Government is seeking qualified contractors to provide as-needed, 24/7 emergency repair and restoration services throughout Fulton County facilities. The scope includes response to fire, storm, water, and other natural or man-made damage; water and moisture removal; mold, mildew, asbestos, lead, and hazardous-substance remediation; document and electronic-media restoration; soot, smoke, odor, corrosion, wood, HVAC, and commercial cleaning services; and temporary repair of building systems such as heating, electrical, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, and intrusion alarms. Contractors must provide all required labor, equipment, materials, transportation, testing, packing, secure transit, cleanup, and project management, with environmental testing and specialized life-safety work permitted through qualified subcontractors where necessary. The contractor must maintain 24-hour, seven-day emergency availability and place personnel on site within the stated response period to assess damage and begin restoration. Proposals must include a technical approach, project team qualifications, relevant experience and references, personnel availability, financial and compliance information, required purchasing and preference forms, insurance documentation, and a completed multi-year cost proposal covering equipment rentals, testing, restoration services, professional charges, labor, and specialized equipment. The initial contract term runs through December 31, 2027, with two stated one-year renewal options for 2028 and 2029, subject to County approval.
