Description
The Southern California Regional Rail Authority seeks a consultant team to create a comprehensive signage, wayfinding, and customer information master plan for the Metrolink system. Work includes assessing existing station conditions and customer journeys; developing accessible, multilingual systemwide design standards and a practical implementation toolkit; and preparing station-specific plans and pilot demonstrations at five stations. The toolkit will address static and digital signage, interactive kiosks, real-time passenger information, transfers, accessibility, operations and maintenance, and planning-level costs and phasing. The consultant will also conduct public and stakeholder engagement, evaluate pilot treatments through field testing and customer feedback, and incorporate lessons learned into the final master plan. Required proposal materials include a technical proposal, a completed price proposal template, and the specified proposal forms. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the solicitation portal.
