Description
The Department of Transportation seeks a contractor to provide two full-time, on-site Level II graphic designers, an on-call Level II designer, and a graphic design manager. Services include creative design and direction, illustration, desktop and press-ready publishing, presentation and multimedia production, photography, animation, video, large-format printing, and coordination with external print vendors. Deliverables must support print, digital displays, web, and electronic distribution, and comply with Section 508 accessibility requirements. The contractor must also manage and archive files, provide quality assurance, and produce weekly and monthly status reports. The solicitation requests a technical proposal, past-performance information, a cost proposal using the provided pricing table, and financial and organizational information. The contract is a single stand-alone award with a base year and four one-year options. The solicitation is a competitive Woman-Owned Small Business set-aside; it states that the prime offeror must be a woman-owned small business and propose to perform more than half of the work itself.
