Description
The United Nations Development Programme in Saudi Arabia is soliciting proposals for a Long-Term Agreement supporting the Roads General Authority’s communication and branding needs. The scope includes digital and print-ready graphic design, templates, sub-logo and brand toolkit development, custom icons, presentation and report design, short-video editing, motion graphics, creative content writing, scriptwriting, editing, proofreading, and Arabic-English translation of general content and short creative phrases. Deliverables must align with the Authority’s visual identity, editorial standards, and communication objectives; editable source files and appropriately licensed creative assets are required where applicable. The agreement is non-exclusive, has an initial one-year term with a possible two-year extension subject to satisfactory performance, and has no guaranteed volume. Proposers must demonstrate relevant experience, including completed comparable contracts and work samples, maintain a valid business license to operate in Saudi Arabia, and provide qualified personnel. A proposal security of USD 10,000 or SAR 37,550 is required. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted separately, with financial proposals evaluated only for technically responsive offers.
