Description
Fresno County seeks vendors to supply a broad range of new janitorial and sanitary products, including cleaning chemicals, brooms and mops, cleaning equipment, safety items, paper products, and other facility supplies. Products must meet applicable safety and security requirements, including suitability for correctional facilities. Vendors must provide product documentation as required, support order and inventory tracking, and offer equivalent substitutes at no additional cost when an item is unavailable. Deliveries must follow agreed schedules, include packing lists, and arrive within five days at most; defective or noncompliant items must be replaced at no cost. The County intends to award separate contracts to up to two vendors based on the lowest cost among the most line items. The intended term is three years, with up to two optional one-year renewals. Quotations must include pricing for the requested items and the required response materials, including the completed quotation schedule, reference list, compliance page, and applicable preference certifications.
