Description
Hidalgo County is soliciting sealed bids for the scheduled delivery of clean non-slip mats, dust, wet, and dry mops, shop rags, towels, and related janitorial items to approximately 58 county department and facility locations. The vendor must provide weekly delivery schedules, delivery tickets with authorized signatures, itemized weekly invoices, and replacement of warped, torn, or lost items at no additional charge. Mop handles and frames must be included, and the vendor must provide a product/specification chart with samples and wet mop head samples for review and testing. The initial contract term is two years from the date approved by Commissioners Court, with an option for one additional one-year term. Bids will be evaluated based on total cost, delivery promptness, and references. The solicitation requires a complete response package containing confirmations, forms, certifications, references, a company response, and supporting insurance documentation.
