Description
Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from vendors to provide janitorial supplies under a term contract. The initial contract period begins November 1, 2026, or soon thereafter, and ends October 31, 2027. The contract may be renewed for an additional two-year term by mutual agreement, provided there are no cost increases except those attributable to district growth. Successful bidders must fulfill purchase orders within a reasonable period; purchase orders more than 30 days old may be considered unreasonable. The district may review delivery performance and re-award to the next-lowest vendor if delivery is unsatisfactory. Payment terms are net 30 unless otherwise noted.
