Description
The National Cemetery Administration is seeking qualified sources for a potential firm-fixed-price contract to provide uniform cleaning and maintenance services for 17 employees at Miramar National Cemetery. The scope includes mobile pickup and delivery, documentation, bi-weekly cleaning and pressing of uniforms, semiannual cleaning and pressing of jackets, repairs, maintenance, and alterations. The contractor must provide laundry bags, protective coverings, hangers, receipts or equivalent service records, and replacement or re-cleaning of unacceptable items at no additional cost. Pickup and drop-off are required every Monday and Thursday during the stated operating hours, with next-workday service when those days fall on a federal holiday. The anticipated contract structure is one base year plus four option years.
