Description
Pueblo County is requesting proposals from a qualified process server to provide process-serving services for its Child Welfare and Child Support Divisions. The scope includes serving summonses, petitions, subpoenas, notices to employers, contempt citations, Rule 69 actions, protective orders and restraining orders, and other legal notices and documents as needed. The solicitation permits multiple awards. Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on September 24, 2026. Solicitation documents must be obtained from Pueblo County Purchasing by email, and responses may be submitted electronically by email or as sealed bids by mail or delivery.
