Description
Pueblo West Metropolitan District is soliciting a qualified construction management/general contracting firm to collaborate with the Owner and design team during preconstruction. Required services include design-development support, cost estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, scheduling, and construction phasing strategies. The selected CM/GC will also provide full construction services for a new administration building at 79 E. Spaulding Avenue, intended to serve as the District's primary administrative and community meeting space. Proposals must be submitted electronically as one PDF document of no more than 30 pages through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. Minority-, small-, disadvantaged-, and women-owned enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
