Description
Pueblo West Metropolitan District is soliciting competitive bids to rehabilitate existing sewer mains through cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) lining. The work includes furnishing labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals; bypass pumping; sewer cleaning; pre- and post-installation CCTV inspections; liner installation; service-connection reconnections; and related work in accordance with the specifications and manufacturer recommendations. The project anticipates funding from the Colorado State Revolving Fund loan program, with applicable SRF requirements incorporated into the bid package. The contract time is 60 calendar days. A 5% bid bond is required with each bid, along with 100% performance and labor-and-materials payment bonds for the successful bidder. Certificates of insurance are required. Minority-, small-, disadvantaged-, and women-owned enterprises are encouraged to submit bids.
