Fremont County, Colorado is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide airport engineering consulting services for the Fremont County Airport. The selected consultant will be responsible for a range of engineering services across multiple phases including preliminary planning, design, bidding/negotiation, and construction administration. Contemplated projects include taxiway rehabilitation, airfield pavement preservation, apron rehabilitation, runway rehabilitation/reconstruction, fuel farm installation/improvements, airport lighting system upgrades, wildlife fencing, and automobile parking area improvements. The contract will be awarded for a five-year term, subject to annual review, and all projects are dependent on federal and state funding. The selection process will follow FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E, and fees will be negotiated on a task order basis. Submittals are due by September 29, 2026.
