Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotations for FY2027 first-quarter dairy products, including half-pint unflavored pasteurized milk, five-pound tubs of cottage cheese, and five-pound containers of sour cream. Products must comply with the stated commercial, food-safety, labeling, packaging, shelf-life, and Federal Bureau of Prisons National Menu Specifications; substitutions are not accepted. Pricing must include shipping. The contractor must complete delivery within the required period, with deliveries made Monday through Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Products must be palletized unless otherwise arranged, and perishable items must be maintained at the specified temperatures. The quotation must be submitted using the attached Excel sheet; other formats and handwritten bids will not be accepted. Past performance will be considered approximately equal to price, and the Government may award without discussions.
