Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotations from small businesses for first-quarter fiscal year 2027 subsistence supplies. The attached spreadsheet lists assorted meats, eggs, bread and baked goods, canned and dry goods, condiments, beverages and foodservice items, disposable serving supplies, and commercial kitchen and cleaning supplies. Vendors must price the listed items, include shipping, and complete and return the attached Excel spreadsheet in the required format; handwritten bids will not be accepted. Delivery is FOB destination to Federal Correctional Complex Florence and must be completed within 30 days after award. The anticipated performance period is October 1 through December 31, 2026, with weekly delivery required for the specified egg items. Quotes will be evaluated on price, technical acceptability, and past performance, with past performance approximately equal in value to price. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov and provide their Unique Entity ID with the quotation.
