Description
Fremont County, Colorado is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified airport consultants to provide planning services and related incidental special services for the Fremont County Airport. The selected consultant will perform basic A/E services, including environmental assessments, CATEX environmental updates, land acquisition, airport master plan updates/ALP updates, and hangar developments. The contract will be for a period of up to five years, subject to annual review, with individual projects initiated as funding becomes available from sources such as the FAA, the State of Colorado Department of Transportation Aeronautics Division, and Fremont County. The selection process will follow FAA Advisory Circular AC-150/5100-14E, and fees will be negotiated on a task order basis. Interested firms must submit one copy of their Statement of Qualifications, limited to 30 pages, by September 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM MDT.
