The Bradley Heights Metropolitan District No. 2 is requesting proposals from qualified general contractors for the reconstruction of the Marksheffel Tributary south of Bradley Road and west of S Marksheffel Road, Phases 2, 3, and 4. The project encompasses approximately 30 acres and includes erosion control, mass dirtwork, soil rip rap, sculpted concrete drop structures, modifications to existing pond spillways and outfalls, permanent erosion control BMPs and landforms, concrete access roads, and other associated works. The RFP documents will be available not before August 18, 2026, and may be obtained by emailing ChrisG@GrundyCMC.com. Proposals are due by 10:00 a.m. MTN on September 8, 2029.
