Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a firm-fixed-price quotation for a comprehensive furniture package for Facility 10837 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The requirement includes modular height-adjustable office furniture, seating, tables, storage, lamps, area rugs, drapes, wall art, and a wall mirror, along with delivery and installation. The contractor must provide transportation, up to 30 days of storage, assembly, manufacturer-certified installation, site coordination, product inspection, cleanup, warranty support, and related documentation. The contractor must be an authorized dealer of the specific furniture manufacturer proposed. The requirement also includes design services, including space planning, site verification, material and finish selection, 3D renderings, furniture layouts, electrical and panel plans, up to three design revisions, bills of materials, and final AutoCAD deliverables. Delivery and installation are scheduled to begin December 28, 2026, and be completed by January 22, 2027. Quotes will be evaluated using a lowest-price technically acceptable approach. Offerors must submit a capabilities document, a completed Required Information Sheet, pricing following the CLIN structure, and verification of a completed CMMC Level 1 self-assessment. The quotation must describe the proposed supplies and services, not merely provide pricing.
