Description
Employment and Social Development Canada is soliciting offers from holders of the PWGSC Supply Arrangement for freestanding office furniture, including height-adjustable desks and tables, metal filing and storage cabinets, ancillary and lighting products, collaborative furniture, and a customized welcome point. The requirement also includes products outside the Supply Arrangement. Amendment 1 clarifies that panel-system furniture is not required and adds approved alternatives for grommets, laminate storage, power modules, task lighting, collaborative seating, and table supports. A CAD file and Q&A document were added. The contractor must purchase, deliver, unload, move, and install the furniture at the Morden Service Canada Centre. Delivery and installation must occur during the week of February 15, 2027, and no later than February 19, 2027. Offers are evaluated by category and awarded to the compliant offeror with the lowest evaluated price. The estimated contract period is four months, with a proposed start date of November 2, 2026, and required warranties of five years for fabrics, textiles, and electrical components and ten years for paint, finishes, and structural or component replacement parts.
