Description
The U.S. Department of State is soliciting brand-new modular office furniture and related installation services for the U.S. Embassy Dhaka. The requirement includes 23 L-shaped electrically height-adjustable workstations, one I-shaped height-adjustable workstation, 24 mobile pedestal drawer units, one rectangular meeting table, one round meeting table, one storage cabinet, and one 15-foot office partition wall. The contractor must provide all materials, labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, fabrication, delivery, assembly, and installation. Offerors must submit pricing, detailed technical specifications and material information, furniture brand and model details, high-resolution 3D images and floor-plan layouts, product data sheets, certifications, warranty information, delivery timeframe, country-of-origin information, and separate furniture and installation pricing. Brand-name or equivalent products are acceptable, and the award will use a lowest-priced technically acceptable evaluation.
