The Arkansas Air National Guard intends to make a firm-fixed-price sole-source award to Federal Prison Industries for office furniture valued at $159,551.66. The furniture is intended to match existing Federal Prison Industries furniture throughout the campus, preserving consistent style, functionality, and the ability to rearrange furniture without replacing complete sets. The purchase includes delivery within 120 days after receipt of order, inside delivery, setup, and removal of packing materials and trash. The notice is a sole-source special notice rather than a request for quotes, bids, or proposals; unsolicited proposals will not be accepted. Interested concerns may submit clear and convincing evidence that competing the requirement would benefit the Government.
