Description
Inland Empire Health Plan is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide armed and unarmed security services, including guard, security, and patrol services. The solicitation requires bidders to provide information on company organization, account management, comparable contracts, background-checking policies, pricing, financial stability, security risk management, data sharing, security vehicles and equipment, standard reports, and relevant references. Proposers must complete IEHP-provided certifications, assessments, questionnaires, and bid tables, and submit supporting materials such as evidence of insurability, business licenses, corporate or tax registration, financial statements, security documents, and an annual report or financial-stability information. The submission deadline was extended by Addendum No. 1 to September 23, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. PDT.
