Description
The project involves removing and replacing an existing multi-zone air-handling unit, return fan, chilled-water pump, and associated accessories. Work also includes installing a steam converter, heating-water pump, piping, and accessories, and extending the heating-water piping to serve the new air-handling unit. The existing Johnson Controls building automation system is to be extended from the nearby Student Union building for system integration. The estimated project cost is $1,492,000.
