Description
Ada County is soliciting qualifications from professional firms to create a pre-approved list of two to six firms for future solid waste landfill projects. Potential assignments may include investigation, analysis, evaluation, reporting, coordination, preparation of plans and specifications, bid and award evaluation, and related consulting services. Specific tasks, schedules, and compensation will be negotiated for each project; placement on the list does not guarantee work. The County plans to maintain the list through September 30, 2031, but may cancel it earlier. The response must include the provided Signature Page and Acknowledgement of Addenda, plus a qualification statement covering the firm’s history and qualifications, relevant landfill project experience and at least five client references, key personnel and resumes, staffing, and general project approach. At least one team member must be licensed as a professional engineer in Idaho. Responses are submitted through the County’s online procurement portal; hard-copy, mail, fax, and email submissions are not accepted.
