Description
The College of Western Idaho seeks a contractor to furnish, deliver, warehouse, install, and close out loose furniture, fixtures, and equipment for Levels 1–3 of the Micron Academic Center. Proposals must price the specified room quantities at the required “Better” product tier, identify manufacturers and product details, and include product compliance documentation, cut sheets, and warranty information. Products must meet applicable commercial, durability, accessibility, and performance requirements, with a minimum 10-year warranty. The contractor must manage receiving, staging, delivery, and installation within a five-week period, including phased installation, coordination with construction and other trades, and the ability to use extended hours, weekends, and multiple crews as needed. The proposal must include project scheduling, staffing and subcontractor plans, logistics and risk-recovery plans, installation quality-control documentation, and a fully burdened price covering products and associated services. The solicitation also requests furniture planning and design, procurement support, and project closeout deliverables.
