Description
The State of Idaho Division of Public Works is soliciting sealed bids for DPW Project 24207, involving an approximately 1,075-square-foot second-floor addition within the existing entry and open-office portion of the Leatherman Peak Building on the Boise State University campus. The work includes constructing a second story and stair, selective demolition, reconfiguration of first-floor conference-room and office-space ceilings, and relocation of millwork within the adjacent receiving bay. The estimated project cost is $622,000. Bidders must hold a Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho, and a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount, including add alternates, is required.
