Description
The project will widen Cloverdale Road from Victory Road to Overland Road to five lanes, including median islands, a multi-use pathway, and pedestrian ramps on both sides. Work also includes epoxy overlay repairs to three bridge decks; replacing the Eightmile Creek pipe with a 48-inch reinforced concrete pipe; installing and modifying irrigation piping and slide gates; constructing a drainage basin; and installing Pedestrian Hybrid Beacons at Muir Ridge Drive and Peppermint Drive. Sanitary sewer improvements are included and will be performed by the City of Boise. Irrigation and bridge work must be completed by March 15, 2027, and all other work by October 29, 2027. The contractor is responsible for preparing and implementing the required stormwater pollution prevention plan and related permit filings. The project requires a current Idaho public works contractor license, including a Type 1, 2, or 4 license, with applicable specialty categories for Type 4 roadway work.
