Description
Cayuga Community College is soliciting proposals for renovation and modernization of the Spartan Hall hydraulic elevator. The scope includes replacing the elevator operating and signal systems, hall fixtures, pump and associated equipment, and door re-opening devices; installing pit GFI receptacles and LED lighting; and completing related electrical improvements. The selected contractor must provide submittals and a warranty, perform field quality control, testing, demonstration, and maintenance, and comply with applicable New York State prevailing-wage requirements. Required insurance includes general liability, automobile liability, professional liability, workers’ compensation, and related statutory coverage, with Cayuga Community College and Cayuga County listed as additional insureds.
