Description
The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6), administered by Education Service Center Region 6, is soliciting proposals for multi-vendor, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity agreements covering any elevator- or escalator-related goods and services on an as-needed basis. The scope may include equipment, parts, accessories, maintenance, repair, cleaning, installation, technology, and inspections. The agreements will support participating public agencies and certain nonprofit organizations through cooperative purchasing and piggybacking, with no guaranteed purchase volume or specific project scope. The performance period is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2031. Multiple responsive and responsible vendors may be awarded agreements, provided they achieve at least 70 evaluation points. Awarded vendors must extend contract pricing and terms to current and future cooperative members, while members are not obligated to purchase from awarded vendors.
