Description
The California State Teachers' Retirement System is soliciting up to five full stack developers to support its Benefit Connect pension administration system. The work includes designing, developing, customizing, testing, documenting, and maintaining secure browser-based applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack, including ASP.NET, MVC, C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, XML, and Microsoft SQL Server. Proposed personnel must meet extensive experience requirements involving software development, automated testing, test planning and documentation, SQL queries and data validation, defect tracking, requirements analysis, and test-case development. Each offer may include one to three proposed personnel, and respondents must hold a current Information Technology California Multiple Award Schedule agreement. The services period may be up to 24 months, with an option to extend for up to 36 additional months, at an estimated 172 work hours per month. Work is primarily on-site at CalSTRS headquarters, with a hybrid schedule of two to three on-site days per week or as otherwise directed by CalSTRS.
