Description
The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission requires Level 3 Technology Architect services to design, develop, specify, and plan work packages that deliver Digital Program outcomes. The opportunity is limited to qualified Tier 1 holders of the TBIPS Supply Arrangement under EN578-170432 for the National Capital Region and the I.11 Technology Architect – Level 3 category. One contract is intended to be awarded. The contract is estimated at 45 months. The procurement uses competitive selective tendering, with selection based on the highest combined rating of technical merit and price. Corporate and resource security requirements are both at the SECRET level, although invited supply arrangement holders do not need to hold the required clearance to submit a bid. Proposals may be submitted in English or French.
