Description
York University is soliciting proposals for the design, development, implementation, testing, launch, support, and maintenance of the Alcohol Change Course App, a secure, scalable, mobile-first digital intervention platform for clinical and research use. The system will support personalized cognitive-behavioural therapy content, participant assessments and check-ins, timely support, and post-discharge recovery tools related to alcohol misuse and concurrent mental health challenges. The platform must also provide research personnel with participant, assessment, intervention-setting, research-data, reporting, permissions, and study-management capabilities, while enabling clinicians to review authorized participant progress, assessments, and dashboard information. The selected proponent is expected to deliver a fully implemented system by June 30, 2027, followed by an initial 24-month agreement with three optional 12-month extensions. Required proposal content includes an executive summary and qualifications, methodology, timetable/work plan, system mandatory and desirable requirements, proposed system license agreement, financial considerations, price schedule, and acknowledgements.
