Description
The University of Missouri System, through Missouri University of Science and Technology, is seeking a long-term dining services partner to manage, operate, and continuously improve the university's comprehensive dining program. The scope includes residential dining; retail dining venues, cafés, coffee shops, markets, convenience stores, and autonomous retail; catering and hospitality; summer camps, conferences, orientations, and special events; athletic, theater, and event concessions; food-access initiatives; meal-plan and dining-dollar administration; marketing and customer engagement; and technology supporting ordering, payment processing, reporting, inventory management, and communications. The selected contractor must provide a comprehensive transition from the incumbent provider, maintain required food-safety and training programs, support University technology platforms including CBORD CS Gold, Oracle Simphony Point-of-Sale, GET Food, and SubitUP, provide monthly financial reporting and review meetings, accept multiple payment methods, and address sustainability, workforce development, capital investment, risk management, and continuous improvement. The initial contract term is five years beginning June 1, 2027, with optional three-year and two-year renewal terms. Proposals must include technical, financial, lease-related, security, reference, and other required response materials, with no financial information included in the Dining/Technical Proposal upload.
