Description
Richmond County School System is seeking a vendor to provide two complete cafeteria serving lines for Hephzibah High School. The specified equipment includes cashier counters, refrigerated cold-pan serving counters, five-well hot-food counters, flexible shields, stainless-steel tray slides and workshelves, under-storage, electrical outlets, warranties, and related components. Equivalent products may be proposed if they meet the minimum specifications; alternate products must include technical specifications and warranties. The awarded vendor must include freight and delivery, deliver using a dealer's or manufacturer's truck with a dealer representative present, unload and place the equipment, remove and dispose of existing serving-line units and packing materials, assemble and fully install the new equipment, make final electrical connections, plumb to drains, and adjust, level, and clean the equipment. A completed bid form, sex-offender acknowledgment form, E-Verify affidavit, and any required alternate-product documentation must be submitted with the bid. The vendor must provide a three-year warranty, or a longer standard warranty if available.
